Bad service, worse customer care.

Ok, since this is my blog I need to get something off my chest. Apparently there are a lot of companies and just plain people that have forgotten what customer service is and how it is supposed to be used. I had an experience with the Southeast Texas Emergency Animal Clinic on Cardinal Dr. a couple of weeks ago. No only were they rude, inconsiderate, and just plain cold hearted, they allowed my dog to die cause they were to busy have a good time in the back while she suffered. The medical ethics a vet has to adhere to were not followed.

“Veterinarians should first consider the needs of the patient: to relieve disease, suffering, or disability while minimizing pain or fear, “ and “Once the veterinarians and the client have agreed, and the veterinarians have begun patient care, they may not neglect their patient and must continue to provide professional services related to that injury or illness within the previously agreed limits.”

They waited 49 minutes before giving me a bid on taking care of my dog and had already had her in the back x-rayed and diagnosed. Then they wanted my $1600.00 before even giving her pain meds or starting the operation. Then after they made me pay, it was over an hour again before they operated. This time frame was uncalled for and there were no other patients in the office. Too bad these people have become hardened and do not care about love ones which belong to other people. I have talked to any one that has had a good experience with this facility. Maybe it is time the Keri Galvin needs to go somewhere and learn some bed side manners and then practice emergency care under a board certified emergency vet.

Well, it is almost here. Our new showroom is almost complete. We will have a 2000 square foot facility for you to see concrete engraving, concrete staining, and we will also carry tile care and cleaning supplies for you to purchase. We will be by appointment only so you would have to call to make sure we are there. Our new address is 10945 Eastex Freeway located next to Planet Canine.
